Sphagnum Acipyllum
This Sphagnum, of exceptional beauty and remarkable rarity, has its roots in Peru (specifically, we acquired it some time ago from San Martin). Its colour palette is diverse, ranging from mottled green and red tones, through purple, to reddish brown, and even dark red or almost black on certain occasions, all depending on where it is found. These small to medium-sized plants have a soft structure and a very compact growth. They are ideal for combining with, for example, carnivorous plant species. This particular clone stands out for its deep dark red colour.
