Shipping process of our orders.

At Euspagne we make sure that each shipment arrives at its destination in perfect condition, which is why all our orders are shipped on Mondays. Below you will find a detailed description of our shipping process:

Species Selection:

The species selected by the customer are carefully prepared according to the order.

Container Preparation:

The species are placed in 6x3 cm containers, as indicated on our website.

Each container is internally protected with bubble wrap to prevent the product from moving and getting damaged during transport.

Sealing Containers:

Once the species are securely placed in their containers, the lid is added.

The lid is sealed with adhesive tape to prevent accidental openings during shipping, which could cause moisture loss and endanger the sphagnum due to dehydration.

Additional Protection:

The sealed containers are wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them from impacts during transport.

Final Packaging:

The wrapped containers are placed in a box adapted to the number of units chosen.

The box is adjusted to avoid any internal movement and to minimize the package size, ensuring greater protection and shipping efficiency.
